Individual net worth: my individual or joint net worth with my spouse/spousal equivalent exceeds $1 million, excluding my primary residence. Individual income: my individual income exceeded $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, and I reasonably expect to reach that level this year. Joint income: my joint income with my spouse/spousal equivalent exceeded $300,000 in each of the two most recent years, and I reasonably expect to reach that level this year. Professional certification: I hold a qualifying professional credential, such as Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82, in good standing. Entity / Business: I am investing through an entity that may qualify as an accredited investor based on its assets, investments, ownership, or other applicable criteria. Family Office: I am investing through or as a qualifying family office/family client. Other qualifying basis: I believe I qualify under another applicable category.
