John Palacio
John Palacio leads financial oversight, compliance, and business development for Blue Valley Investment Group. He is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and ensuring the company maintains strong governance and operational standards. John also leads the firm’s business development efforts, evaluating new investment opportunities and building relationships with brokers, lenders, and capital partners.
